THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("USER" OR "YOU") AND GMME KFM - FZCO ("COMPANY," "WE," "US," OR "GMME"). BY ACCESSING GMME.AI, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1. The Platform
GMMe.ai provides a customizable landing page platform ("Link-in-bio"), AI-driven content generation tools, and monetization features (collectively, the "Services").
2. Eligibility & Account Security
Age: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Verification: We reserve the right to require "Know Your Customer" (KYC) documentation for users utilizing monetization features.
Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Any activity under your account is deemed your own.

3. Artificial Intelligence ("AI") Disclaimer
Nature of Output: The Services utilize generative AI. GMMe does not guarantee the accuracy, copyright-eligibility, or truthfulness of any AI-generated content ("Output").
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and vetting AI Output before publication.
Liability: GMMe shall not be liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated text, images, or suggestions.

4. Intellectual Property
Platform IP: GMMe retains all rights, title, and interest in the Platform's software, design, and trademarks.
User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. However, by posting content, you grant GMMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to host, store, use, display, and distribute said content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
Infringement: We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021.

5. Monetization & Payments
Seller of Record: GMMe acts strictly as a technology facilitator. When you sell products or subscriptions, you are the Seller of Record.
Third-Party Processors: Payments are handled via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You are bound by their respective terms.
Disputes: GMMe is not a party to transactions between you and your audience. We do not handle refunds or chargeback disputes.

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for:
• Illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering.
• Distributing malware or "scraping" platform data.
• Impersonating entities or spreading disinformation.
• Generating "Deepfakes" or sexually explicit AI content without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
"As-Is": The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMMe's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GMMe in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is lesser.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GMME KFM - FZCO from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
